Marian was raised in Corning, New York and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City. After graduating from FIT, she devoted 25 years of her career to the fashion industry as an executive, working for Tommy Hilfiger, Converse by John Varvatos, Nike, and Tumi. Marian and her husband both loved New York City, but decided it was time to look for a more relaxed, simpler way of life. The decision on where to move came easily on a trip they took to Charleston, South Carolina. They felt that Charleston much like NYC, has its own unique personality and soul that you feel in its diverse history, magical streets, and welcoming people. They instantly knew they found their new home. Once in Charleston, it was important to Marian to connect with all the Lowcountry had to offer and she decided to launch her second career in real estate. She is now a real estate negotiation expert, who loves the people side of her business and considers it an honor to help her clients. Marian’s focus is to listen and understand her client’s needs so she may deliver the results they are truly seeking. She understands that buying, selling, or renting a home is a monumental decision and the financial and emotional considerations for everyone involved are unlike any other transaction. Marian’s patience and diligent service allow her to connect and build trustful, lasting relationships with each client. The joy that Marian feels with each new relationship is what keeps her motivated and loving what she does for a living.
